Deposit satu bulan dan sewa satu bulan bayar di awal bulan. Ada peti sejuk, stove/dapur dan gas untuk masak di beri oleh tuan rumah. Dekat KTM and bas-stop. Ada kawalan oleh IP Kamera di depan and di belakang rumah. Ada orang membersih rumah setiap minggu. Ada internet kalau mahu.
