Bill elektrik dan bill air di bayar oleh tuan rumah (tapi tak boleh pasang dan guna air-con). Deposit: sewa satu bulan + RM100. Duit deposit akan di pulang ke tenant bila dia pindah keluar dan pulang kunci ke tuan rumah.

Bilik2 ada di Jalan Bangau 6, Bandar Puchong Jaya, Batu 8 Jalan Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Untuk perempuan sahaja. Lelaki tak boleh masuk gate depan. Sewa di bayar pada awal bulan. Kosong sekarang.
